Who we are

This website (orbikun.com) belongs to Orbikun, tax number , based in Barreiro, Portugal ("Orbikun", "we"). We are responsible for the personal data described below. For any question, write to hello@orbikun.com.

What we collect

Only what you write in the contact form: your name, your company's name, your email address and your message. We don't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you and, if you wish, to schedule a call and prepare a quote. We do this at your request, before a possible contract (GDPR, article 6(1)(b)), and in our legitimate interest in answering the messages we receive (article 6(1)(f)).

Who else handles it

• Web3Forms, the service that delivers the contact form to our email. It receives what you write only to send it to us.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website. Like any web server, it processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site against attacks.
• Our email provider, where your message is stored.

We don't sell your data or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need to follow up on your request, and at most two years after our last contact. If you become a client, the retention periods required by law for invoicing apply.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. Just write to hello@orbikun.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).

What your browser keeps

When you switch language, the site remembers your scroll position for a moment (in your browser's session storage) so the new page opens in the same place. It's deleted straight away, never leaves your device and isn't a cookie.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
